Satin and Mini Satin Rabbits.  Currently we raise satins in black, blue, broken and white.  We also raise mini satins in red, white, copper, and broken. 

The Hopping Ewe is a result of our children raising and showing rabbits!  We moved to a rural area and acquired some acreage.  Not wanting to spend summers mowing or spend a small fortune in gas, we selected sheep to do the job for us.  Unfortunately, a few sheep cannot keep up with the growth of pasture that is fertilized with rabbit manure!  In order to keep the sheep, they would have to be profitable and low maintenance, so we selected Polypays and later added a small flock of Shetlands for colored fleeces and breeding stock.
